基于SWOT分析的广西“渝桂新”南向通道建设对策研究

The SWOT Analysis about the Countermeasure of Guangxi in Construction of "Chongqing-Guangxi-Singapore" South Channel

当前,广西正全力打造"向海经济","渝桂新"南向通道的诞生,既符合国家赋予广西的"三大定位"又满足广西北部湾经济区新一轮开放开发的升级需要。作为"渝桂新"南向通道的节点,广西的南向通道建设尤为重要。文章采用SWOT分析的方法,对广西"渝桂新"南向通道建设进行综合分析,结果表明:广西"渝桂新"南向通道建设总体上是优势大于劣势,机会大于挑战。最后给出了广西"渝桂新"南向通道建设的对策。

Nowadays,Guangxi is sparing no effort to make"Seaward economy",the birth of"Chongqing-Guangxi-Singapore"south channel not only accords with the"Three orientations"given by the country,but also meets the updating needs of new-round open development in Beibu Gulf economic zone.As the"Chongqing-Guangxi-Singapore"south channel node,Guangxi south channel's construction is very significant.The article adopts SWOT analysis to comprehensively analyse the construction of"Chongqing-Guangxi-Singapore"south channel,the result shows that the advantages of the construction of"Chongqing-Guangxi-Singapore"south channel in Guangxi outweigh the disadvantages,and its opportunities are greater than challenges.Finally,it also gives some strategies of building"Chongqing-Guangxi-Singapore"south channel in Guangxi.
