摘要
本文根据福建LNG项目的建设特点,以EPC总承包管理的视角,通过控制理论(PDCA)与多级计划体系的结合来构建进度过程的管控系统,较好实现了进度控制的既定目标,可以为今后大型LNG建设项目的进度管理提供一定参考和借鉴。
According to the construction characteristics of LNG project in Fujian Province and the perspective of EPC general contracting management,this paper constructs the management and control system of progress process through the combination of control theory(PDCA)and multi-level planning system,and achieves the established goal of progress control.It can provide some reference for the progress management of large-scale LNG construction projects in the future.
