Engineering cost management,as an important part of construction management,is directly related to the construction cost and construction benefits.Owing to its own characteristics,it is easily affected by many factors,causing the project cost to exceed budget,aggravating the project construction cost and greatly reduce the project economic profit margin.For such issues,it is necessary to make more detailed analysis of the problems and causes,as well as the impact on the project cost.Based on this,this article analyzes the project cost over budget problem in depth,explores the causes of the problem,and puts forward effective measures based on the actual situation in order to promote the construction and development of China's construction.
