金融支持河北省重点项目建设的对策建议研究

Research on Countermeasures of Financial Support for Major Projects in Hebei Province

通过分析金融支持河北省重点项目建设现状,发现重点项目建设在融资方面存在自筹资金比重高、过度依赖以银行为主导的间接金融、以资本市场为主导的直接融资发展滞后和社会资本利用不足等问题,针对河北省金融支持重点项目建设提出发挥政府财政资金引导作用、积极扩大直接融资规模等方面政策建议。

By analyzing of the present situation of financial support to the construction of major projects in Hebei Province,we find out that there are several problems of the financial support of the construction of major projects,such as high proportion of self-financing,over reliance on bank led indirect finance,the lagged development of the capital market and insufficience of using social capital.According to the current problems,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed as follow:improving the efficiency of government financial capital,using the multi-level capital market,etc.
