摘要 提出一种基于LCC谐振变换器和全桥整流电路相结合的微波供电电源替代传统电源,并以恒功率-时间控制方式调控微波功率,确保磁控管在额定工况下,稳定工作、可靠运行;采用软开关电源研发的2kW新型微波高温设备,以PLC为系统控制器,设有自动、手动、恒温、恒功率等操作模式,明显提高了电源效率、压缩了整机体积,实现了升温迅速、功率稳定、连续可调,提高了微波设备的智能化程度和加热效果,特别适用于微波高温实验研究。 A microwave power supply based on the combination of an LCC resonant converter and a full-bridge rectifier circuit is proposed to replace the traditional power supply.The microwave power is controlled by a constant power-time control method to ensure that the magnetron operates stably under rated conditions.The 2kW new microwave high temperature equipment developed by soft switching power supply takes PLC as the system controller,with automatic,manual,constant temperature,constant power and other modes of operation,significantly improving the power efficiency,compressing the machine volume,and achieving rapid heating,power stability,continuous adjustable,and improving the degree of intelligence and heating effect of microwave equipment,so it is especially suitable for high temperature microwave experimental research.
