摘要
河南省高校青年教师群体存在职业压力是客观存在的,既不利于学校发展,也不利于青年教师自身发展。本研究在归纳高校青年教师职业压力相关研究基础之上,对青年教师职业压力的因素进行了分析,并针对其情况从完善人事制度、健全团队培养与考核、参与决策机制及提升自我效能感提出对策建议。
There exists an objective pressure on young teachers in Henan province,it is not conducive to the development of the school and the young teachers themselves.This study is based on the research on the professional stress related to young teachers in colleges and universities,analyzes the factors of occupational stress of young teachers,puts forward some suggestions to improve personnel system,improve team training and assessment,participate in decision-making mechanism and improve self-efficacy.
