创新券在高校科技资源共享应用中的研究

创新券作为一种新的科技投入模式,应用在中小企业和高校等科研院所,有利于提高财政科研资金投入使用率,促进企业和科研院所协同合作,有效推动企业技术创新和产学研紧密结合。为了更好地实现创新券在高校科技资源共享中的应用,促进高校大型仪器设备的利用率和共享效益,在对创新券内涵和使用效益分析的基础上,提出了一些高校推广创新券实施的策略。策略的提出为推动创新券在高校科技资源共享中的高效使用和良性运转提供了必要的理论支撑。

Innovation Vouchers as a new model of science and technology investment,which apply to small and medium-sized enterprises and institutions of scientific research institutes,is beneficial for improving the finance scientific research funds utilization,promoting the cooperation between enterprises and research institutes,the enterprise technology innovation and university-industry cooperation effectively.In order to better implement innovation voucher application in science and technology resources sharing and promote the utilization rate and sharing benefit of large instruments and equipment in colleges and universities,the innovation voucher connotation and use benefit are analyzed,and then some strategies for promoting the implement in colleges and universities are proposed.The proposed strategy provides the necessary theoretical support for high efficient,benign and sustainable operation of the innovation voucher application in science and technology resources sharing in colleges and universities.
