摘要 文章结合经济新常态下长三角区域经济发展,汽车技术相关行业对汽车技术专业人员的快速发展需求,高职学院生源减少,汽车技术专业从业人员"技术荒"的问题,如何根据区域经济新常态下改进汽车技术专业高职教育模式、教学手段与方式,促进汽车技术服务专业应用型人才培养,有利于高职教学和汽车技术服务企业资源优化、整合。需要客观地对专业人才培养目标定位、培养模式研究,典型工作任务分析,进行人才培养课程体系的系统设计,评价模式研究。 Combined with the economic development of the Yangtze River Delta region under the new normal state of economy,the rapid development demand of automobile technology related industries for automotive technology professionals,the decrease in the number of students in higher vocational colleges,and the"technology shortage"of automotive technology professionals,this paper discusses how to improve the higher vocational education mode,teaching means and methods of automobile technology specialty according to the new normal state of regional economy,to promote the cultivation of applied talents of automobile technology service specialty,and conducive to higher vocational teaching and automotive technology services enterprise resource optimization,integration.It is necessary to objectively study the training target,the training model,the typical task,and carry on the systematic design and the evaluation model of the training course system.
