British Green Infrastructure Planning and Its Strategic Significance——The Case of Newcastle Gateshead Strategy Planning

绿色基础设施能够发挥重要的社会、环境及生态效益.英国绿色基础设施规划起步较早,积累了较为成熟的理论与实践经验.以"纽卡斯尔-盖茨赫德"(简称"纽卡-盖茨")绿色基础设施战略规划为例,根据大量基础资料的收集与梳理、基于GIS平台规划数据的空间分析,并结合现场调研,详细分析了其战略规划背景、实施方法以及潜在的战略意义,以期为我国的相关研究和实践提供借鉴.

The Green Infrastructure plays an important role in social,environmental,and ecological benefits.British GI planning started earlier,and has accumulated a more mature theory and practical experience.This study takes Newcastle Gateshead GI strategy planning as an example,its background,implementation methods and potential strategic significance are analyzed through a large number of basic data collection and combing,the spatial analysis of planning data based on GIS platform,combined with the on-site investigation.The purpose of our research is to provide reference for the relevant research and practice in China.
