PDCA循环在门诊中药调剂质量管理中的应用

Application of PDCA Cycle in Quality Management of Traditional Chinese Medicine Dispensing in Clinic

目的探索将PDCA循环理论运用于中药调剂质量管理,提高医院中药调剂质量。方法将该药房2016年7~12月中药房发放药品设为对照组,2017年1~6月实施PDCA循环管理方法后发放药品设为试验组,比较用PDCA循环法管理中药房药品发放前后的药方审核正确率、药品调配正确率、药品复核出的差错率。结果运用PDCA循环法管理后,处方的审核正确率、调配正确率和复核差错率均较原来的管理方法显著改善,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用PDCA循环管理门诊药房中药调剂质量,能显著降低门诊中药处方调剂差错率,促使医院中药房的调剂工作由经验管理向科学管理发展,提高患者的满意度。

Objective To implement the quality management of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)dispensing according to PDCA cycle theory so as to improve the quality of TCM dispensing in the hospital.Methods The prescriptions of TCM dispended before the implementation of PDCA cycle from July to December in 2016 and the prescriptions from January to June in 2017 were devided into control group and experimental group,respectively;and the quality of dispensing were compared and analyzed in terms of the accuracy of prescription checking and dispensing,and the review error rate.Results After implementation of PDCA cycle management,the accuracy of prescription checking,the correct rate of dispensing and the review error rate were significantly improved compared with those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of PDCA cycle in dispensary of TCM can significantly reduce the error rate of TCM prescription dispensing.It can accelerate the transfromation of the management of outpatient TCM dispensing from experience management to scientific management,which can improve patients’satisfaction.
