关于民族理论政策研究的几点看法

On Ethnic Theoretical Policy Studies

我国民族理论政策研究取得了显著成就,主要体现在如下几个方面:一是研究队伍不断壮大,二是研究机构快速增加,三是学科建设成效显著,四是研究领域不断拓展,五是研究成果非常丰硕,六是学术氛围不断浓厚。新形势下,民族理论政策及民族问题研究还有一些短板需要补齐,一些研究领域需要进一步拓展,一些认识需要进一步深化。一是进一步加强重大理论问题研究。完善和发展民族理论,既需要认真研读马克思主义经典作家相关论述,从中得到智慧,也需要立足于现实问题和现实需要,还需要从中国优秀传统思想文化中汲取营养。二是进一步加强重大现实问题研究。坚持问题导向,大兴调查研究之风,提出针对性强、管用的意见建议,切实解决实际问题。三是进一步彰显特色。我校的国家民委民族理论政策研究基地、省高校人文社科研究基地、设在我校的山东省民族研究中心,都突出东部沿海地区民族问题研究这一特色。无论是学科建设,还是培养民族学研究生,我们都把东部沿海地区民族问题摆在最突出位置。

Great achievements have been made in ethnic theoretical policy in China,mainly in such aspects as bigger research team,increasingly establishment of research institutes,great improvements in discipline construction,extended research area,rich research results and active academic atmosphere.However,the study of ethnic theoretical policy and ethnic problem still have a long way to go under the new situation,research areas needed to be extended and thoughts been deeper.That means:firstly some key problems in theory should be further studied.Carefully studying relative theories in classics of Marxism is needed to develop ethnic theory in China;Secondly,key problems of reality must be paid more attention.Targeted and great suggestions encouraged to put forward for dealing with the problem should be based on the clear understanding of the reality and inspired research atmosphere;Thirdly,characteristics of Yantai University tend to be further showed.Ethnic problems in eastern coastal areas should be put in an outstanding position in terms of both discipline construction and cultivation of postgraduates majoring in ethnology because of the advantage of ethnic study in Yantai University.
