摘要
提出了一个基于大数据的人才培养方案,该方法首先从互联网上海量的招聘信息中获取该类别岗位的能力需求特征;接着在制订人才培养方案时遵循岗位类别—能力需求特征—知识结构、能力结构和素质结构的路径来设计培养目标和培养规格,从而实现需求驱动的职业能力的培养。
A method based on big data to achieve demand-driven talents cultivation is presented.Firstly,skill requirements are obtained from the recruitment information on the Internet.Secondly,a roadmap is defined to design the training objective and specification,which is from position to skill requirements and then to knowledge structure,ability structure,and quality structure,so as to realize the demand-driven vocational capacity-building.
