摘要
灾后重建是一项系统的工程。其中经济方面的重建是灾后建设的重中之重,它对政治、文化、社会、生态方面的工作具有指导作用。建构向峨特色乡村振兴的经济发展模式应分别从向峨乡震后重建中的经济建设的总目标、原则、办法,农业供给侧改革,乡镇产业建设,房屋重建等方面来着手。
Post-disaster reconstruction is a systematic process.Among them,the economic reconstruction is the most important task in the post-disaster construction,which plays a guiding role for politics,culture,society,and ecology.The economic model for the construction of Xiang’e Village with distinctive characteristics should start from the overall goals,principles,and methods of the economic construction in the reconstruction of the earthquake,the reform of the agricutural supply side,the construction of industries,and the housing reconstruction.
