弹簧罩冲压工艺分析与落料拉深复合模模具设计

摘要 为了实现弹簧罩零件的批量生产,对弹簧罩零件进行冷冲压模具设计。根据零件的材料、尺寸和批量要求对零件的工艺性进行分析,计算拉深高度、拉深直径等工艺参数,确定了加工工序。根据零件的工艺计算结果,选取合适的模具零件,完成了高精度落料拉深复合模的设计工作。分析了模具的工作行程,确定了落料拉深复合模实际生产零件的可行性,从而实现对弹簧罩零件的大批量生产。 In order to achieve mass production of spring cap parts,the cold stamping die design of tlie spring cap parts is carried out.According to the material,size and batch requirements of the parts,the manufacturability of the parts is analyzed,the process parameters such as drawing height and drawing diameter are calculated,processing procedures are determined.The design worl^of tlie high-precision blanking and drawing compound die was completed with the process calculation of the parts and selecting the appropriate mould parts.The mass production of spring cap parts was realized through analyzing worl^plan of the mould,which determines the feasibility of producing parts of the blanking and drawing compound die in practice.
