摘要
在脉冲压缩系统中,雷达探测的距离分辨率与系统的相位特性紧密相关。因此,作为其核心器件,T/R组件的相位特性是其非常重要的一个指标参数。从T/R组件相位特性的原理出发,从4个方面分别对T/R组件相位特性进行了分析,并相应地提出了优化T/R相位特性的方法。以X波段T/R组件为设计实例,对所提出的优化方法进行设计验证。优化前后的测试数据显示,文中所提优化方法切实有效,可以在一定程度上改善T/R组件的相位特性,为T/R组件相位特性的优化设计提供了很好的方法和依据。
In pulse compression radar system,the detection range is closely related to the phase characteristics of the system.As a core component,the phase characteristic of T/R module is an important indicator.In this article,the reasons of T/R module phase nonlinearity are represented by analyzing the distortion mechanism and four methods are proposed to promote the phase linearity.In the end,an X-band T/R module was designed and manufactured to verify the validity of the methods.The test results indicate that the phase distortion of T/R module is improved by using the proposed methods,which provides good methods and basis for the phase characteristics optimization of T/R modules.
