摘要
职业适应是农村幼儿园转岗教师专业发展过程中的重要阶段。在布朗芬布伦纳所提出的生态系统理论视域下,农村幼儿园转岗教师的职业适应过程就是生态转化过程,这一过程受到其所处的微观系统、中观系统、外在系统和宏观系统所构成的层级化的多元生态系统的复杂影响。
Professional adaptation is an important stage in the professional development of the transfer rural kindergarten teachers.In the perspective of Urie Bronfenbrenner's ecosystem theories,the process of rural kindergarten transfer teachers'occupational adaptation is a process of ecological transformation.This process is affected by the complex ecosystem of the micro-system,mesoscopic system,external system and macroscopic system.
