钢箱加固公路刚架拱桥的有限元分析 被引量:3

摘要 在刚架拱桥主拱腿、跨中实腹段采用钢箱加固,可有效提高刚架拱的承载力和刚度。本文以甘肃省S209线一跨度30 m钢筋混凝土刚架拱桥为背景,利用有限元软件ANSYS对原刚架拱桥、5 mm钢箱加固和10 mm钢箱加固3种工况拱桥跨中实腹段和主拱腿的挠度、应力进行对比分析。结果表明10 mm钢箱加固效果比5 mm钢箱加固效果挠度方面优10.3%,应力方面优6.9%。但经计算可知5 mm钢箱加固已经满足要求。从经济、轻型、美观方面综合考虑选用5 mm钢箱加固。 The reinforcement of steel box in the main arch leg and the ventral segment of middle span can effectively improve the bearing capacity and stiffness of the rigid frame arch bridge.Taking a reinforced concrete rigid frame arch bridge with a span of 30 m in Gansu S209 line as the background,the f inite element software ANSYS was used to compare and analyze the def lection and stress of the ventral segment of middle span and the main arch leg in the three cases of the original rigid frame arch bridge,the 5 mm steel box reinforcement and the 10 mm steel box reinforcement in this paper.The results show that in the aspect of def lection,the reinforcement effect of 10 mm steel box is 10.3%better than that of 5 mm steel box.In the aspect of stress,the reinforcement effect of 10 mm steel box is 6.9%better than that of 5 mm steel box.The calculation results show that the 5 mm steel box reinforcement has met the requirements,which is selected from the comprehensive consideration of the economy,light and beauty.
