摘要
以最大倾斜角度为6.5°、最高行驶速度为50 km/h的悬挂式单轨车辆为例,对悬挂式单轨交通线路的技术标准进行了研究。首先分析了悬挂式单轨车辆区别于传统钢轮钢轨车辆的受力特性,在此基础上,以悬挂式单轨车辆最大倾斜角度、最高行驶速度、允许的未被平衡离心加速度为参数,提出了悬挂式单轨交通线路最小圆曲线半径的计算方法,计算了不同速度条件下的最小圆曲线半径;提出了基于列车倾斜时变率和未被平衡离心加速度时变率的缓和曲线长度分段计算理论和方法,计算了不同曲线半径、不同行驶速度下的最小缓和曲线长度;提出了悬挂式单轨交通线路的最大坡度、竖曲线半径和最小坡段长度等控制指标。
Taken the suspended monorail vehicle whose maximum tile angle is 6.5°and maximum speed is 50 km/h as an example,the technical standards for suspended monorail line were studied in this paper.The force characteristics of suspended monorail vehicle different from traditional rail transit vehicle were analyzed firstly.On this basis,the results as follows were obtained.With the maximum title angle,maximum speed and allowed unbalanced centrifugal acceleration of the train as parameters,the calculation method of the minimum curve radius was proposed and the minimum curve radiuses under different speeds were calculated.Based on the time-changing rate of train′s title angle and train′s unbalanced centrifugal acceleration,the segmented calculation theory and method of transition curve length were proposed,and the mininum transition curve length under different curve radiuses and speeds were calculated using the same method.The maximum slope angle,radius of vertical curve and minimum slope length of the suspended monorail line were proposed.
