摘要
从交叉渡线岔枕铰接装置现场实际使用情况出发,基于重载线路现场实测数据,应用有限元分析软件对交叉渡线用有砟岔枕轨排稳定性进行了分析。分析结果表明,交叉渡线区域无需通过设置岔枕铰接装置保持轨距。但为保证现场铺设精度的要求,为重载铁路新设计了一种岔枕铰接装置,该装置可联结岔枕并可调整岔枕枕端距离。
Considered actual usage of the points sleeper articulated device for crossover and based on field test data in heavy haul railway,this paper used finite element analysis software to analyse the stability of points sleeper panel for crossover.The analysis results show that setting points sleeper articulated device was not required in crossover to keep track gauge.In order to ensure the laying accuracy,a new points sleeper articulated device was designed for heavy haul railway,which can bind the points sleepers and adjust the distances between sleeper ends.
