摘要
在DCL-32_K型捣固车网络电气控制系统的基础上,对其模拟控制系统进行技术改造,实现对控制系统各电子元件工作状态和技术数据的自动监测和实时采集。通过数据自动统计分析进行电气系统状态评估和故障及隐患自动诊断。所有信息实时显示从而协助操作人员及时掌握电气控制系统的工作状态,快速处理电气系统故障及隐患。
Based on the DCL-32 K-type tamping machine network of electrical control system,the simulation control system was technically transformed.In this way,the work status of the electronic components was automatically monitored and the real-time technical data were collected.Through automatic statistical analysis,the state assessment of the electrical system,as well as the fault/lurking peril automatic diagnosis,was conducted.All of the information was real-time displayed,which assisted the personnel in work status assessment of the electrical control system,and rapid processing of the fault/lurking peril.
