摘要
分析大型养路机械应用防滑器的必要性,研究大型养路机械轮轨间的黏着和摩擦制动特性。通过对比机械式防滑器和电子式防滑器的特点,结合160 km/h大型养路机械的运行条件,介绍机械式防滑器的构造、工作原理和主要性能参数的选取。分析机械式防滑器在160 km/h大型养路机械中应用的可能性及其性能,探讨在新开发的接触网综合维修车使用机械式防滑器的可能性。
In this paper,the necessity of wheel slide-preventing system used for huge maintenance machinery is presented.The adhesion and friction braking between the wheels of huge maintenance machinery and the track are studied.The characteristics of mechanical wheel slide-preventing system and electronic wheel slide-preventing system are compared.The operation condition of 160 km/h huge maintenance machinery is presented.The structure,the working principle and the main performance parameters of the mechanical wheel slide-preventing system are introduced.The application of the mechanical wheel slide-preventing system in 160 km/h huge maintenance machinery is discussed,as well as its application in newly developed catenary integrated maintenance vehicles.
