高职院校青年教师工作满意度与组织承诺关系研究 被引量:1

A Study of the Relationship between Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment among Young Teachers in Vocational Colleges

摘要 高职教育的快速发展,促使占专任教师总数超过一半的青年教师成为高职教育改革创新的重要保障。在对宁波大市范围内的部分高职院校青年教师进行调查后,研究发现,青年教师的工作本身因素、工作情景因素、工作自主性因素、上级领导因素、晋升机会因素、报酬因素等六个维度与组织承诺水平呈显著正相关。因此,可结合高职院校的实际,切实提升高校青年教师的工作满意度,进而提升组织承诺水平。 The rapid development of education in higher vocational colleges has promoted the young teachers,who constitute more than one half of the total number,to become an important guarantee for the reform and innovation of education in higher vocational colleges.A survey is conducted with a sample of young teachers in higher vocational colleges in Ningbo to reveal six dimensions including the work,job autonomy,leadership,promotion and remuneration are significantly positively related to the organizational commitment level.Therefore,it is feasible to improve the job satisfaction of young teachers in higher vocational colleges based on what is revealed in the survey,thus improving the organizational commitment level.
