6L240机架铸造工艺设计

摘要 某公司自主研发的6L240机架(QT500-7),是薄断面的中型球墨铸铁件,铸造工艺采用阶梯式、内浇道分散引入,明冒口和暗冒口同时补缩,使温度场和梯度达到均匀的有效控制,利用共晶石墨化膨胀,满足自补缩条件,成功制造出材质合格、探伤质量良好的无铸造缺陷的铸件。 The 6L240 frame(QT500-7)researched and developed independently by some company,is the medium ductile iron casting with thin section,of which the casting process adopts step-by-step inner sprue dispersion feeding in and visible&blind riser shrinking at the same time.Thus in this way,the temperature field and gradient have been achieved the uniform and effective control.The eutectic graphitization expansion has been used to meet the self-feeding conditions.Finally,the material qualified castings in good detection quality without casting defects have been successfully manufactured.
