摘要
目的:系统评价微波辐射对男性生殖系统和生殖内分泌的影响。方法:计算机检索CNKI、VIP、万方数据库、Pubmed、Speringer、Web of Science数据库,两名研究者根据纳入排除标准独立筛选文献,对7篇有关微波辐射对男性生殖系统影响的病例对照研究进行综合分析,应用Revman5.3进行Meta分析。结果:与对照组比较,微波辐射作业的男性A级精子活力的加权均数差值为-18.97%(95%CI:-33.46%,-4.47%),差异性显著;B级精子活力的加权均数差值为-9.24%(95%CI:-14.46%,-4.01%);C级精子活力的加权均数差值为OR=-1.68%(95%CI:0.57%,2.80%);D级精子活力的加权均数差值为20.10%(95%CI:11.42%,28.77%);辐射组精液密度的加权均数差值为-10.77×10~9/L(95%CI:-16.99×10~9,-4.55×10~9)精液密度显著降低;孕激素的加权均数差值为0.25pg/m L(95%CI:0.08,0.41),辐射组孕激素较对照组组显著性升高;而对照组与辐射组之间的精液量、精子存活率、T、FSH、LH、PRL、E2无统计学差异。结论:微波辐射使男性精液质量低下,扰乱生殖内分泌,降低男性生育能力。
Objectives:To systematically review the effect of the microwave radiation on the reproductive system and the reproductive endocrine system.Methods:By retrieving the literatures on effect of the microwave radiation on the reproductive system and the endocrine system through the CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,Pubmed,Speringer and SCI,the trials in 7 papers were selected according to the inclusive and exclusive criteria.The quality of the literatures was assessed and the data information was extracted.The data was analyzed by the Revman 5.3 software.Results:Compared with the control group,the weighted mean difference(WMD)of sperm motility in A-level sperm was-18.97%(95%CI:-33.46%,-4.47%),with significant difference the WMD of B-level sperm was-9.24%(95%CI:-14.46%,-4.01%);the WMD of C-level sperm was-1.68%(95%CI:0.57%,2.80%),and the WMD of D-level sperm was 20.10%(95%CI:11.42%,28.77%).The WMD of sperm concentration in the radiation group was-10.77×109/L(95%CI:-16.99×109,-4.55×109)and the WMD of progestin was 0.25pg/ml(95%CI:0.08,0.41),significantly higher than the control group.Difference in the semen volume,sperm survival rate and T,FSH,LH,PRL and E 2 was not statistically significant.Conclusion:Microwave radiation not only reduces human semen quality but also disturb the endocrine system,hereby reducing male fertility.
