Objectives:To study and observe the relationship between the sexual life, prostate disease,HPV infection situation and prostatic carcinoma.Methods:60 patients with prostatic carcinoma in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the observation group, and 60 healthy persons at the same ages were selected as the control group. The sexual life evaluation results, prostate disease history and HPV infection situation of the two groups were compared, and the relationship between the sexual life, prostate disease,HPV infection situation and prostatic carcinoma were analyzed by the multivariate Logistic regression analysis. Results:The rates of observation group with smaller age of first emission, smaller age of sexual life, manustupration, high frequency of sexual life before 30 years old, prostatitis history, hyperplasia of prostate history, other prostate history,HPV 16 infection,HPV18 infection and HPV33 infection were higher than those of control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that those factors all had close relationship with the prostatic carcinoma. Conclusion:The sexual life, prostate disease and HPV infection situation are all risk factors of prostatic carcinoma, and prevention and control measures should be taken according to those factors.
