胰激肽原酶联合金水宝对糖尿病勃起功能障碍患者性激素、ET-1和AngⅡ的影响分析

Effect of kallidinogenase and Jinshuibao capsule onthe sex hormone,ET-1 and AngⅡ of patients with diabetic mellitus erectile dysfunction

目的:运用胰激肽原酶联合金水宝胶囊治疗糖尿病勃起功能障碍(DMED),观察其临床疗效,同时检测患者的性激素水平、血管内皮素(ET-1)和血管紧张素(AngⅡ),研究其治疗该病的作用机理。方法:将60例糖尿病勃起功能障碍患者采用随机数字表的方法,分为治疗组和对照组各30例,在其血糖控制正常的情况下,治疗组给予胰激肽原酶联合金水宝胶囊治疗,对照组给予伐地拉非片治疗,疗程均为1个月,观察患者治疗前后及停药1个月后性功能恢复症状及勃起功能国际问卷(IIEF-5)评分。同时检测治疗前和停药1个月后的性激素水平、ET-1及AngⅡ的变化。结果:治疗组勃起功能、IIEF-5评分较治疗前均有所提高(P<0.01),停药1个月后两项仍明显高于治疗前(P<0.01);ET-1及AngⅡ水平较治疗前均明显改善(P<0.01),且明显优于对照组(P<0.01);性激素水平中的睾酮(T)和黄体生成素(LH)在治疗后明显提高(P<0.01),且优于对照组(P<0.01),而卵泡刺激素(FSH)变化不明显(P>0.05)。对照组勃起功能、IIEF-5较治疗前亦有所提高(P<0.01),但停药1个月后均与治疗前无明显差别(P>0.05);对照组性激素水平、ET-1及AngⅡ水平治疗前后均无明显变化(P>0.05)。治疗组远期疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:胰激肽原酶联合金水宝胶囊可提高并维持DMED患者的勃起功能和IIEF-5评分。改善性激素、ET-1和AngⅡ水平可能为其发挥作用的重要机制之一。

Objectives:To observe the effect of kallidinogenase and Jinshuibao capsule on the sex hormone,ET-1 and AngⅡof patients with diabetic mellitus erectile dysfunction(DMED).Methods:60 patients with DMED were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The treatment group took kallidinogenase and Jinshuibao capsule,and control group took vardenafil,for a course of a month.The clinical efficacy,score of international questionnaire erectile function(IIEF-5),sex hormone,ET-1 and AngⅡwere evaluated before treatment and 1 months after drug withdrawal.Results:The score of international questionnaire erectile function(IIEF-5)in treatment group after treatment increased significantly(P<0.01).ET-1 and AngⅡin treatment group significantly increased compared with these before the treatment,with significant difference(P<0.01).The serum testosterone level and luteinizing hormone level in treatment group significantly increased compared with these before the treatment(P<0.01).But follicle-stimulating hormone didn’t change significantly(P>0.05).Score of international questionnaire erectile function(IIEF-5)and erectile function of control group increased significantly(P<0.01).But a month after drug withdrawal,they had no significant difference with these before treatment(P>0.05).Sex hormone,ET-1 and AngⅡin control group didn’t change significantly(P>0.05).Conclusion:Kallidinogenase and Jinshuibao capsule can improve the serum testosterone level,luteinizing hormone level and optimized protein expression of ET-1 and AngⅡ,which may play an important role in the treatment of DMED.
