不明原因复发性流产与精子DNA完整性的相关性研究探讨 被引量:8

摘要 目的:分析与探讨不明原因复发性流产与精子DNA完整性的相互关系。方法:精子DNA完整性的检验选用精子染色质扩散实验(sperm chromatin dispersion,SCD),以精子DNA碎片指数(DNA fragmentation index,DFI)表示。将符合条件的65例男性患者作为实验组,随机选取配偶有正常妊娠史且无流产史的65例男性患者作为对照组,并分别测定两组男性精液相关参数和精子DFI。结果:实验组与对照组比较,在年龄、禁欲时间、精液量、精子活率、精子密度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组的DFI为(40.89±14.50),对照组的DFI为(22.89±6.94),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:不明原因复发性流产与精子DNA损伤存在一定的关系。 Objectives:To analyze and discuss the relationship between the integrity of sperm DNA and unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion(URSA).Methods:Sperm chromatin diffusion experiment was used to test the integrity of sperm DNA,which was expressed by sperm DNA fragmentation index.65 male patients with URSA were selected as the experimental group,and 65 male patients with normal pregnancy history of spouses and no abortion history were chosen as the control group.The semen parameters and sperm DFI of the two groups were measured.Results:There was no significant difference in age,abstinence time,sperm count,sperm motility and sperm density between the two groups(P>0.05).The DFI of the experimental group was(40.89±14.50)and the DFI of control group was(22.89±6.94),with statistically significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:There is a certain relationship between unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion and the integrity of sperm DNA
