音乐治疗对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者IVF-ET助孕结局的影响

Effect of music therapy on pregnancy outcomes of IVF-ET patients with polycystic ovary syndrome

目的:探讨音乐治疗对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者体外受精-胚胎移植助孕结局的影响。方法:采用生活质量问卷(MPCOSQ)和医院焦虑抑郁量表(HAD)对PCOS患者进行调查,共筛选出HAD焦虑≥9分,且抑郁≥9分的PCOS患者100例,随机分为两组,每组各50例。设定A组为音乐治疗组,在对照组常规治疗的基础上加音乐治疗;B组为对照组,只采用常规治疗;实验自患者进入IVF用药周期日开始,A组每周进行2次治疗,B组不做处理,移植后4周确定是否为临床妊娠时实验结束;对比两组干预前后HAD结果及助孕结局。结果:干预前A、B两组HAD结果无差异(P>0.05),干预后A组患者HAD结果显著低于B组(P<0.01),A组干预前后HAD差异显著(P<0.01);B组干预前后HAD结果无显著差异(P>0.05);A组优质胚胎数、临床妊娠率较B组高。结论:音乐治疗可改善PCOS患者焦虑、抑郁状态;对提高临床妊娠率具有积极的促进作用。

Objectives:To explore the effect of music therapy on pregnancy outcomes of IVF-ET patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:Modified Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Health Related Quality of Life Questionnaire and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale were used to investigate PCOS patients.A total of 100 PCOS patients,whose results of anxiety and depression were above 9,were screened out and randomly divided into group A,which was music therapy group,and group B,which was blank and received conventional treatment,with 50 cases of each group.Since patients got into IVF cycle,the experiment began,and ended with 4 weeks after transplantation,when clinical pregnancy was confirmed.Patients of group A got music therapy 2 times a week and group B was without any operation during the experiment.The results of HAD between two groups and pregnancy outcomes were compared.Results:Before intervention,the results of HAD didn’t show any statistical difference.While after intervention,the result of HAD in group A was significantly lower than that of group B.The result of HAD in group A showed significant difference between before and after intervention.High quality embryos and clinical pregnancy rate of group A were significantly higher than these of group B.Conclusion:Music therapy may alleviate patients’anxiety and depression,whihc plays a positive role in improving the clinical pregnancy outcomes.
