摘要 建立了顶空-气相色谱同时测定环境水样中14种挥发性卤代烃的方法 .优化加热炉温度、加热时间及NaCl质量浓度等对回收率的影响,并对优化后方法的线性范围、检出限、精密度及回收率进行分析.结果表明,14种挥发性卤代烃在线性范围内线性良好,相关系数r均大于0.997 9;检出限为0.001~1.17μg/L;实际样品不同质量浓度回收率范围为90.4%~109.4%,相对标准偏差小于11.1%. Head-space GC has been applied to the determination of 14 kinds of volatile halogenated hydrocarbons in environmental water samples.The effects of hatching furnace temperature,incubation time and the content of NaCl on recovery rate have been optimized.The optimum conditions including the linear ranges,detection limits,precisions and recoveries have been analyzed.The results show that the linear range of 14 kinds of volatile halogenated hydrocarbons were good linearity with the correlation coefficients r≥0.9979,the detection limits were in range of 0.001-1.17μg/L;The recoveries of the actual sample with different concentrations were between 90.4%-109.4%and the relative standard deviations were less than 11.1%.
