题库管理与试卷组织是高校老师工作中的重要组成部分.传统的管理与操作方法往往费时费力,同时在试题重复率、格式化与标准化等方面相对难以控制.针对中文理工科组卷,利用计算辅助系统实现题库管理与组卷,能大大减轻老师工作量.在分析高校题库与试卷管理现状及高校理工科试卷特点等基础上,利用Excel及VBA工具制作与生成题库,利用LaTeX实现随机组卷、自动编号、试卷及参考答案控制,以及公式、图表、化学式等的格式化处理,从而形成一整套题库管理与组卷系统.

Test managing and creating exam paper is an important part of work for teachers in university.It will cost much time to manage this work.And it's hard to control the repetition rate,format and standardization.It will deduce the works to manage and create test paper of science for teachers by using the Computer Assistant Instruction System.The storeroom and test paper management situation,characteristics of science test paper in university were analyzed.The Excel software is used to make the test storeroom.The LaTeX software is used to control the random choose of test,automatic numbering,test paper formatting and making answer sheet,especially in formatting of formula,figure,chemical formula.This design can easy the work of creating test paper for teachers in university.
