SCM435热轧钢坯弯曲控制分析

摘要 通过调整冷床运行速度和缓冷坑温度,研究了SCM435热轧钢坯弯曲成因及解决方法。试验结果表明:当冷床运行速度下降至50%,热轧钢坯4个面的温度能够较均匀下降,钢坯下冷床温度为550℃;同时提高缓冷坑内的温度,减少温差,降低钢坯在缓冷过程中的冷却速度。两者配合可以有效避免SCM435热轧钢坯弯曲现象。 The causes and solutions of the bending of SCM435 hot rolled steel billet are studied by adjusting the speed of cooling bed and the temperature of slow cooling pit.When the cooling bed speed decreased to 50%,the temperature of hot rolling billet with 4 directions can be decreased evenly,and the billet temperature of the bottom cooling bed is 550℃.At the same time,increasing the temperature of the slow cooling pit and decreasing the temperature difference can slow the cooling rate of the billet during the slow cooling process
