小规格弹簧钢矫直硬化影响因素的研究

摘要 随着国内特钢行业的迅猛发展以及钢铁市场形势的持续恶化,精整线在提高和保证产品质量,增加产品附加值,为钢铁行业扭亏增盈中发挥着重要作用。矫直机是精整线中关键设备,具有满足用户和后续探伤设备平直度要求的功能。研究了某矫直机参数调整对小规格弹簧钢矫直硬化层的影响。研究结果表明:矫直辊辊缝小于钢材直径尺寸0.5 mm以上时,开始产生矫直硬化现象;上辊角度<16°,下辊角度<12°,是钢材表面开始出现矫直硬化的临界值;当矫直辊角度不变时,辊缝减小或矫直速度增加均加剧钢材硬化,其中速度增加对加剧矫直硬化程度影响较大。通过合理调整辊缝、角度以及选择合适的矫直速度等控制措施最终满足了国内高端弹簧钢用户的质量需求。 With the rapid development of the domestic special steel industry and the continuous deterioration of steel market.Finishing line plays an important role in improving and guaranteeing product quality,increasing product added value,and making up deficits and getting surpluses for steel industry.Straightener is the key equipment in the finishing line,which can meet the flatness requirements of user and follow-up inspection equipment.The influence of the parameter adjustment of a straightener on the straightening hardening layer of small-size spring steel is studied.The result shows that:when the straightening roller gap is less 0.5 mm than the steel diameter,straightening hardening will emerge;the angel of up roll<160,the angel of down roll<120,which is the critical value of straightening hardening on the steel surface;when the angel of straightening roll keeps constantly,the gap reduction or straightening speed increasing will deepen the hardening,the latter has more influence.Finally,it meets the quality requirements of domestic high-end spring steel users by rationally adjusting the roll gap and angle,and selecting the right straightening speed,etc.
