摘要
为解决火车站台狭小,且火车轨道、站台设置在地下储料仓仓顶篦子上,厂房有顶棚,挖掘机受有限空间、站台限制无法投入使用;占地面积大、构造复杂、维护繁琐的翻车机也不适合使用,只能通过人工卸车,劳动强度大、卸车效率低的问题,研发了一种新型火车焦炭卸车机。其技术方案:火车一侧狭小站台上设置卸车机,卸车机伸缩工作杆从卸货口水平推、拉焦炭进行卸车作业。卸车机回转支承,使伸缩工作杆在卸货口内,无论是行程还是回程,都能水平、左右摆动推拉焦炭。卸车机车体使用桁架结构,整机重量轻。卸车机轨道、车轮行走机构,使卸车机紧贴卸货口,平行火车行走。卸车机采用液压动力控制系统,使卸车作业,操作控制灵活。
Due to the small train platform,railway track and platform set in the top of the underground storage silo,the workshop with roof,the excavator that can't be put into use by space restrictions,car dumper with large floor area,complex structure and fussy,artificial unloading with high labor intensity and low unloading efficiency,a new type of coke unloader for train has been developed.The technical scheme is that the unloader is set on the narrow platform of one side of the train,and its telescopic working lever horizontally pushes and pulls the coke.The rotary support of the unloader makes the telescopic working rod in the unloading port,and it can push and pull the coke horizontally or left and right.The body of the unloader uses the truss structure,and its weight is light.The rail of the unloader and its wheel walking mechanism make the unloader close to the unloading port and walk with the train in parallel.The unloader adopts the hydraulic power control system,which makes the unloading operation and the operation control flexible.
