基于KingView的水泥厂节能减排监测及预警系统设计 被引量:1

摘要 根据目前水泥行业能耗偏高、污染严重的特点,针对水泥厂的能耗数据及排污数据设计出一套基于KingView的水泥厂节能减排监测及预警系统。系统通过采集水泥厂生产过程中的能耗数据和排污点排放量数据,并将数据通过串口传送至上位机。上位机采用KingView组态软件模拟水泥厂的各种工作情况,通过建立的4类数据库经数据处理,实时监测水泥厂各监测点排放量数据,当数值超出规定上限时,给出预警信号并提出合理优化建议。该系统设计可为监控值班人员提供可靠的能耗及排污量数据,同时为企业监测排污情况提供支撑。该系统的应用取得了良好的社会效益及经济效益,具有良好的应用前景。 According to the current energy consumption of the cement industry was on the high side,serious pollution,the characteristics of the cement plant,the author of this paper designed a set of data of energy consumption and emission data based on KingView cement plant monitoring and early warning system for energy conservation and emissions reduction.System by collecting the data of energy consumption and emission point in the process of cement production emissions data,and the data transmit first place machine via a serial port.PC using KingView configuration software simulation of the cement plant all kinds of working condition,through the establishment of the four types of database through data processing,real-time monitoring of cement plant emissions of the monitoring data,when the value beyond the prescribed lim it,given early warning signal and optimization suggestions were put forward.This system was designed to monitor the personnel on duty to provide reliable data,energy consumption and emissions of pollutants and monitoring blowdown circumstance to provide support for the enterprise.The application of this system has obtained the good social efficiency and economic benefits,and which has a good application prospect.
