缓倾斜薄煤层综采自动化配套装备应用研究 被引量:7

摘要 缓倾斜薄煤层开采存在工作面空间狭窄、回采效率低、机械装备不配套及采煤工艺不完善等问题,为了实现矿井安全高效生产,在对薄煤层赋存条件进行分析的基础上,对工作面自动化开采设备进行选型,选用适应于缓倾斜薄煤层的液压支架、采煤机和刮板输送机等配套装备,并在斯派尔煤矿110701回采工作面进行工业试验。结果表明:采用综合机械化采煤,在工作面长度170 m和煤层平均厚度1.3 m的条件下,试验工作面月产量最高达4.1万t,年产值最高达39 363.84万元。说明该套综采自动化配套装备能够有效提高生产效率,降低劳动强度,促进安全生产。 For the mining face space narrow,low recovery efficiency,mechanical equipment matching and coal mining technology not perfect in slowly inclined thin coal seam,in order to realize the mine safety and efficient production,on the basis of analysis the thin coal seam occurrence condition,selected the working face automation production equipment,chose the hydraulic support,coal winning machine and scraper conveyor and other supporting equipment suitable to slowly inclined thin coal seam,and industrial test in 110701 working face of Speyer Coal Mine.Result showed that by adopting comprehensive mechanized coal m ining,in the coal seam condition of working face length of 170 m and 1.3 m average thickness,the monthly output up to 41 000 t,production value up to 393.638 4 million yuan.Which shows that the set automation equipment of fully-mechanized can improve the production efficiency,reduce labor intensity,promote the safety in production effectively,it has extensive application value.
