智能低下儿童康复效果的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Rehabilitation Effect on Children with Mental Retardation

目的分析智能低下儿童康复方法,并对其康复效果进行分析。方法选取2015年5月~2016年10月收治的56例智能低下儿童,随机分组,观察组(n=28)给予系统性康复干预,对照组(n=28)仅对其家庭康复方法进行宣教,对比2组患者临床干预效果。结果观察组智力好转率为75.00%,对照组智力好转率为50.00%,组间差异明显(P<0.05);观察组患儿生理职能、社会职能、情感健康、精神健康等SF-36生活质量评分均高于对照组,组间差异明显具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论系统性康复疗法效果显著,可明显提高患儿智力,改善其生活质量,提高临床治疗效果,值得临床推广。

Objective Analyze the rehabilitation methods of children with mental retardation and the rehabilitation effect.Methods Fifty-six children with mental retardation admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to October 2016 were selected,and they were randomly divided into control group(n=28)treated with systematic rehabilitation intervention and observation group(n=28)only educated with family rehabilitation method.The effect of clinic intervention was compared between the two groups.Results The mental improvement rate of the observation group was 75%,and that of the control group was 50%,and the difference between the two groups was obvious(P<0.05).The scores of SF-36,such as physical function,social function,emotional health and mental health in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic rehabilitation therapy is effective and can obviously improve the intelligence of children,improve their quality of life,and improve the effect of clinical treatment,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
