超声乳化吸除联合囊袋内人工晶体植入术对白内障患者术后视力改善及生活质量的影响

Effect of Phacoemulsification Combined with Intraocular Lens Implantation on Postoperative Visual Acuity Improvement and Quality of Life in Patients with Cataract

目的探讨超声乳化吸除联合囊袋内人工晶体植入术对白内障患者术后视力改善及生活质量的影响。方法选取2014年5月~2016年2月我院112例白内障患者,随机数字表法分组,各56例。对照组采用白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶体植入术治疗,观察组给予白内障超声乳化吸除联合囊袋内人工晶体植入术治疗。统计对比两组视力改善情况、生活质量及并发症发生率结果经秩和检验,观察组视力改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组调节能力、日常生活能力、读和精细动作及远视力、移动和光感评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率14.29%(8/56)低于对照组30.36%(17/56),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论超声乳化吸除联合囊袋内人工晶体植入术治疗白内障,可提高患者生活质量,能改善其术后视力,且并发症发生率较低,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of intraocular lens implantation combined with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation on postoperative visual acuity improvement and quality of life in patients with cataract.Methods From May 2014-February 2016,112 cases of cataract patients in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,56 cases each group.The control group was treated with cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation.The observation group was treated with cataract phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation.Improvement of visual acuity,quality of life and incidence of complications of the two groups were compared.Results The rank sum test showed that the visual acuity improved in the observation group was superior to that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The adjustment ability,daily life ability,reading and fine action and distance vision,movement and light perception score of the observation group were all higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was 14.29%(8/56),which was lower than that in the control group(30.36%,17/56),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of cataract can improve patients quality of life and their postoperative visual acuity,the incidence of complications is low and thus,worthy of promotion.
