氨氯地平与阿托伐他汀钙片联用治疗高血压合并冠心病研究

Contrastive Study of Amlodipine Alone or Combined with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in the Treatment of Hypertension Complicated with Coronary Heart Disease

目的对比氨氯地平单用与联用阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床效果。方法抽取2014年4月~2016年4月来我院就诊的86例高血压合并冠心病患者,随机分为对照组(n=43)和观察组(n=43)。对照组应用氨氯地平治疗,观察组给予氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙片进行治疗,两组疗程均为2个月,对比两组临床疗效及治疗前后血压及血脂水平变化情况。结果治疗后,两组总有效率比较,观察组(95.3%)显著高于对照组(81.4%),具有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血压、血脂水平均较治疗前明显降低,且观察组降低幅度优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于高血压合并冠心病患者,通过给予氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙片进行治疗,可明显改善其血压、血脂状况,疗效优于单用氨氯地平治疗。

Objective To compare the clinical effect of amlodipine alone or combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 86 hypertension patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from April 2014 to April 2016 were randomly divided into control group(n=43)and observation group(n=43).Patients in the control group were treated with amlodipine,while patients in the observation group were administrated with amlodipine+atorvastatin calcium tablets.Both groups were treated for a course of 2 months.The clinical efficacy and the changes of blood pressure as well as blood lipid level in the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group as 95.3%was significantly higher than the 81.4%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the blood pressure and the blood lipid levels of both groups decreased significantly,and the observation group decreased much more than the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Amlodipine combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets in hypertension patients with coronary heart disease can significantly improve the blood pressure and blood lipid status,and the efficacy is better than that of amlodipine alone.
