康复护理措施对小儿脑瘫患儿运动功能及康复效果的影响

Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing Measures on Motor Function and Rehabilitation Efficacy Ofchildren with Cerebral Palsy

目的分析研究康复护理对小儿脑瘫患者运动功能以及康复效果的影响。方法对我院2015年10月~2016年10月收治的92例小儿脑瘫患者进行研究,随机分为对照组和护理组,各46例。对照组患儿实施临床常规护理,观察组患儿在对照组的基础上实施康复护理。对比两组患儿的康复效果和运动功能恢复情况。结果护理组患儿的临床治疗总有效率为95.65%(44/46),对照组的总有效率为76.08%(35/46),两组相比差异显著(x^2=7.25,P<0.05);护理组患儿经康复护理后PDI指数和GMFM评分情况均显著优于对照组,且护理组患儿的满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康复护理用于脑瘫患儿的临床护理,可以有效改善患儿的临床护理效果和运动功能改善,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze and study the effect of rehabilitation nursing measures on motor function and rehabilitation efficacy of children with cerebral palsy.Methods 92 cases of cerebral palsy children admitted in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were selected as study object,and they were divided into a control group and a nursing group,each group had 46 cases.The control group was given conventional clinical nursing care,and the nursing group was given rehabilitation nursing in addition to the nursing care for the control group.The rehabilitation efficacy and the recovery condition of the motor function of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the nursing group was 96.65%(44/46),and the control group 76.08%(35/46),the difference between the two groups was significant(χ2=7.25,P<0.05).After rehabilitation nursing,the PDI index and GMFM score of the nursing group were both significantly better than the control group;and the satisfaction of the children in the nursing group was also significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of rehabilitation nursing measures in the clinical nursing of children with cerebral palsy,can effectively improve the clinical nursing efficacy and the motor function,it is worthy of being promoted in clinical practice.
