延续护理对心脏瓣膜置换术患者抗凝治疗依从性的影响

Effect of Continuous Care on Compliance with Anticoagulation Therapy in Patients Undergoing Heart Valve Replacement

目的探讨延续护理对心脏瓣膜置换术患者抗凝治疗依从性的影响。方法将我院实施延续护理前、后分别行心脏瓣膜置换术的患者各50例分别纳入对照组和观察组,比较两组患者护理干预6个月后抗凝知识了解度、抗凝治疗依从性、并发症发生情况以及护理满意度。结果观察组患者抗凝知识了解优良率、抗凝治疗依从优良率、护理总满意度等均显著高于对照组,观察组并发症总发生率显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理能够有效提高心脏瓣膜置换术患者抗凝知识了解度、抗凝治疗依从性和护理满意度,降低并发症发生风险,应用价值较高。

Objective To investigate the influence of continuous nursing on the compliance of anticoagulation therapy in patients undergoing heart valve replacement.Methods 50 cases of patients in our hospital nursing care before and after cardiac valve replacement were divided into control group and observation group.After 6 months,nursing intervention of anticoagulant knowledge,compliance of anticoagulation treatment,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent rate of knowledge of anticoagulation,the anticoagulation treatment compliance rate,and the excellent nursing total satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those of control group.The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing care can effectively improve the knowledge of anticoagulation,the compliance of anticoagulant therapy and the satisfaction of nursing in patients undergoing cardiac valve replacement,and reduce the risk of complications.The application value is higher.
