介入科护理人员职业安全的危险因素和护理措施

The Risk Factors and Nursing Measures of Occupational Safety in Interventional Department Nursing Staff

目的分析影响介入科护理人员职业安全的危险因素和并探究相应的防护措施。方法分析介入科护理人员执业安全的各种相关危险因素,进行归纳并以此为依据制定践行对应的防护措施。结果制定并践行相应的护理对策后,介入科护理人员的安全防范意识得到增强,各种职业安全危害明显减少。结论通过提高防护安全意识,改进职业安全管理制度,可使介入科护理人员的职业安全得到保障,有利于医护人员的身心健康,值得贯彻执行。

Objective To analyze and study the risk factors and corresponding nursing measures of occupational safety in interventional department nursing staff.Methods To analyze the related risk factors of the practice safety in interventional department nursing staff and conclude and implement the corresponding protection measures.Results The safety awareness of interventional department nursing staff were enhanced and the various occupational safety hazards were significantly reduced after formulating and practicing nursing countermeasures.Conclusion The occupational safety is guaranteed by improving the protection safety consciousness and occupational safety management system.It is beneficial to the physical and mental health of medical staff and is worth to carry out.
