联合检验血清淀粉酶、脂肪酶与C反应蛋白在急性胰腺炎早期诊断中价值分析

A value Research on Serum Amylase,Lipase and C-reactive Protein Combined Detection in the early Diagnosis of Acute Pancreatitis

目的探讨急性胰腺炎采取血清淀粉酶、脂肪酶及C反应蛋白检测的意义。方法观察组取2015年12月2日~2017年6月7日46例急性胰腺炎患者,对照组另取同期50例非胰腺炎患者,均予以淀粉酶、脂肪酶及C反应蛋白检测,对比检查结果、灵敏度、准确度。结果重症患者各项指标最高,对照组最低,P<0.05;联合检测灵敏度、准确度高于单独检测组,P<0.05。结论在急性胰腺炎中,血清淀粉酶、脂肪酶、C反应蛋白酶联合检测应用价值较高。

Objective To study the value of serum amylase,lipase and C-reactive protein combined detection in the early diagnosis of acute pancreatitis.Methods Observation group contains 46 cases of acute pancratitis patients from December 2 nd,2015 to June 7 th,2017.The control group contains 50 cases of non-pancratitis patients.Detection of serum amylase,lipase and C-creative protein of these samples were performed and the results are recorded,compared sensitivity,degree of accuracy and analyzed.Results The various indicators of severe patients are significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Combined detection sensitivity and accuracy are significantly higher than separate detection group(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum amylase,lipase,C-reactive protein combined detection in the early diagnosis of acute pancreatitis has important value.
