摘要 钙离子敏感药是一种新型的治疗心力衰竭的药物。它通过使钙离子诱导的心肌收缩所必需的心肌纤维蛋白的空间构型得以稳定 ,从而使心肌收缩力增加。本文对钙离子敏感药的作用机制、对心血管系统的影响。 Calcium sensitization is a new type of anti-heart failure drug. It increase cardiac contractility through stabilizing myofilament proteins in the calcium-induced orientation required for contraction. The mechanism of calcium sensitization, its influence to cardiovascular system and its prospect in the treatment of heart failure are reviewed.
