摘要
目的:通过16周"瑜伽"教学探讨瑜伽运动对聋哑大学生身体和心理素质的影响。方法:大一聋哑大学生随机分为对照组和实验组,测试实验前、实验后身体和心理素质指标。结果:与对照组相互比较,实验组体重和皮褶厚度明显低于对照组(P<0.05),腰围非常显著低于对照组(P<0.01);实验组肺活量显著大于对照组(P<0.05),心率非常明显低于对照组(P<0.01);实验组立定跳远和闭眼单脚站立时间有显著性差异(P<0.05),坐位体前屈非常明显高于对照组(P<0.01);实验组记忆力、情绪稳定和意志顽强有显著性差异(P<0.05),实验组环境适应非常显著(P<0.01);实验组记忆力、情绪稳定和意志力有显著性差异(P<0.05),环境适应非常显著(P<0.01)。结论:16周瑜伽运动能有效提高聋哑大学生身体和心理素质水平。
Objective:To explore the influence of yoga on the physical and psychological quality of deaf and mute students through 16 weeks of"yoga"teaching.Methods:Freshman deaf and mute was randomly divided into control group and experimental group.Before and after the experiment,the body and psychological quality index were tested.Results:Compared with the control group,the body weight and skinfold thickness of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),the waist circumference was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01);the vital capacity of the experimental group was significantly larger than that of the control group(P<0.05(P<0.0 1).There was significant difference between the experimental group and the standing time(P<0.05).The flexion of the sitting body was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the heart rate was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in memory,emotional stability and will of the experimental group(P<0.05).The experimental group had significant adaptability(P<0.01);the experimental group had significant difference(P<0.05)),The environmental adaptation was very significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:16 weeks of yoga can effectively improve the physical and psychological quality of deaf and mute students.
