摘要
根据某开式弹链在脱弹过程中的受力状态,建立了理论计算的数学模型并计算了弹链的理论脱弹力;采用虚拟样机技术建立动力学仿真模型,得到了脱弹力的仿真计算结果;通过试验获取弹链的实际脱弹力,对比分析了理论计算和仿真计算的差异性,结果表明理论计算更加接近实际情况。该脱弹力的计算和分析方法可为同类开式弹链的研究提供借鉴,为开式弹链的设计、制造、检验和使用提供了一定的参考依据。
According to the stress state of bullet discarding process of an open link belt,the mathematical model of the theoretical calculation is established,the pull-off-force of the link belt computed,and dynamic simulation model established by using virtual prototype technology,with the simulation calculation results of the pull-off-force obtained.And then through the acquisition of the actual pull-offforce after the test,a comparative analysis was conducted of the difference between the theoretical calculation and the simulation calculation.The results show that the theoretical calculation is closer to the actual situation.The calculation and analysis method of the pull-off-force can provide references for the research of the same kind of open link belt,and provide references for the design,the manufacturing,the test and the application of the open link belt.
