摘要
基于水对近红外光的吸收原理,我们选用1 300 nm波长的近红外光,在一定压强下,测量单位厚度组织对近红外光的透光量,并以此来对组织的水肿状态进行识别。实验结果表明:同一压强下,随着水肿程度增加,单位厚度组织对近红外光的透光量减小;同一水肿状态下,随着压强的增加,单位厚度组织对近红外光的透光量增加;在1 g/mm2压强下,不同水肿程度下的透光量之间具有显著性差异。初步研究表明,在适当压强下,使用单位厚度组织对近红外光的透光量,可以对不同水肿状态的组织进行识别,该方法能够为医生提供客观的数据支持,辅助医生在消化道重建手术中做出合理判断。
To choose 1300 nm NIR beams based on the theory that water absorbs near infrared light(NIR).The NIR transmittance of a unit thickness of tissue was measured under certain pressure,which could be used to distinguish the degree of edema.The results showed that under the same pressure,with increased degree of edema,the NIR transmittance of a unit thickness of tissue decreased;under the same state of tissue edema,with increased pressure,the NIR transmittance of a unit thickness of tissue increased.Also,under the pressure of 1 g/mm2,significant difference of the NIR transmittance of a unit thickness of a tissue among different states of edema was observed.The preliminary results show that under the appropriate pressure,the NIR transmittance of a unit thickness of tissue can be used to distinguish different degrees of tissue edema.This technique can provide surgeons with objective data and assist them to make more sensible decisions during surgeries.
