基于全开放式单边核磁共振技术的皮肤老化评估

摘要 提出用两种不同配比的油膜与盖玻片相间叠放的样品模拟皮肤结构,在单边磁体共振仪上进行横向弛豫时间T2的测量与一维分析实验。利用该方法实现检测来自不同年龄女性受试者的前臂腹侧和背侧,实现对皮肤老化过程的评估。结果表明在上网真皮中,T2值的增加与年龄增加导致的皮肤老化有直接关系;对于大多数受试者来说,检测到暴露于紫外线下的前臂比受到保护的前臂的T2值也会增加,这与随着时间的衰老,皮肤内胶原含量下降,自由水的成分增加是一致的。 To simulate skin structure using two kinds of different ratio of oil film and cover glass alternate with stacked sample,the measurement of transverse relaxation time T2 and one-dimensional stratified experiment were carried on the unilateral magnet resonance instrument.This method was used to measure the ventral and dorsal side of the forearm and to evaluate the aging process of the skin.The results showed that the increase of T2 was directly related to the aging of the skin.For most subjects,the T2 value of the forearm exposed to ultraviolet lays will increase,comparing with the T2 value of protected forearm,this has to do with aging time,declince of the content of collagen in the skin and the increase of composition of free water.
