摘要
以长沙太平洋人寿南方基地建设项目为例,阐述了BIM技术在绿色施工、建设标准化、建筑后期运营维护等建筑全生命周期的运用,分析了利用BIM技术进行碰撞检查、施工进度模拟后所带来的经济效益,展示了BIM技术在节约成本方面的应用.BIM技术在长沙太平洋人寿南方基地建设项目项目的应用,节约了建筑成本、缩短了施工进度、确保了施工安全、提高了工程质量.
Taking the Changsha South Pacific Life Insurance Co.base construction project as an example,this paper expounds the BIM technology in green construction,the construction standardization and the late construction operation and maintenance,etc.The use of the whole life cycle of buildings is analyzed.By means of BIM technology collision check,economic benefits brought by the construction progress after simulation it shows the application of BIM technology in cost savings.The application of BIM technology in Changsha Pacific Life Insurance south base construction project saves the cost of construction,reduces its construction progress,ensures its construction safety and improves engineering quality.
