考虑风电场安全系数的动态经济调度

摘要 随着风电场的大规模并网,系统很难实时消纳全部风能,需弃能或调节风能上网量﹒本文在风电出力概率模型上,引入模糊隶属函数量化安全系数;同时,综合系统备用容量约束来确定风能上网量和常规机组出力,为调度人员权衡系统燃料成本、环保性和运行安全性提供了理论依据;并利用NSGA-2算法求解模型,通过设置调度人员的不同态度场景,分析了不同场景下安全系统对经济调度的影响. As a mass grid-connection of the wind power,a wind power system is difficult to real-time given all,it can need to abandon or adjust the volume of wind power on the Internet.The wind power output probability model is presented in this paper.An introduction is mentioned of the fuzzy membership function of the quantitative safety coefficient,at the same time,the integrated system reserving capacity constraints to determine the amount of the wind power on the Internet and the conventional sets,weighing system for scheduling personnel fuel costs,and environmental protection.And it provides the theory basis for operation safety using the NSGA-2 algorithm model.By setting the dispatcher's different attitude scenarios,it analyzes the different scenarios and the security system's influence on the economic operation.
