摘要
为考察固定三维电极法处理餐饮废水的效果,使固定三维电极法与二维电极法在相同实验条件下处理餐饮废水﹒单因素实验结果表明固定三维电极法对NH_3-N、COD_(cr)和SS的去除率均较高﹒通过正交实验,确定各影响因素对处理效果的影响顺序为:活性炭投加量>废水初始pH>电解时间>电流密度;最佳实验条件为:活性炭投加量为30 g?L^(-1),电流密度为50 m A?cm^(-2),废水初始pH为6,电解时间为40 min﹒在最佳实验条件下,NH_3-N去除率为51.92%,COD_(cr)去除率为81.90%,SS去除率为88.76%﹒
In order to investigate the treatment efficiency of restaurant wastewater by using fixed three-dimensional electrode method,restaurant wastewater is disposed under the same experimental conditions between the fixed three-dimensional electrode method and two dimensional electrode method.The single factor experimental results show that the removal rates of NH3-N,CODcr and SS are higher by using fixed three-dimensional electrode method.The priority of influential factors are confirmed by orthogonal experiment as follows:the activated carbon dosage>wastewater initial pH>electrolysis time>current density;the optimum parameters are confirmed by orthogonal experiment as follows:the activated carbon dosage 30 g?L-1,current density50 mA?cm-2,the wastewater initial pH 6,electrolysis time 40 min.Under the optimum experimental conditions the removal rates of NH3-N,CODcr and SS are 51.92%,81.90%and 88.76%,respectively.
